Grassroots St Vrain wants to see measure on the ballot

LONGMONT — Colo. Sen. Rollie Heath wants to raise the state’s sales and income taxes for five years to increase public education funding.

Since Colorado voters must approve that idea, a local group of parent volunteers known as Grassroots St. Vrain is gathering signatures to get the measure on the November ballot.  full article
